Our Care Team is comprised of Sexual Assault Nurses, Advocates, and Forensic Experts who can provide guidance and support throughout the DNA self-collection and documentation process.

The Care Team is available to chat or video call via the Leda Health User Portal and Mobile app. In order to access the Care Team in the User Portal you must be a member of a partner organization, and to access the Care Team in the Mobile App you need to have an Early Evidence Kit.
The Care Team can help you understand your next steps post assault. Whether that's finding in-person care, guiding you through DNA collection with an Early Evidence Kit or helping you document the assault, the Care Team has extensive experience supporting people who have experienced sexual assault. The Care Team can also testify in a court of law for you if you choose to interact with them post assault.
The Care Team is available around the clock to support you post assault. They are on call 24/7 and will reply to your message within 2 minutes.
